Dear Members of the Colorado Neurosurgical Society!
Welcome to our website!
We work to make this a society that represents you at the Council of State Neurosurgical Societies (CSNS).
The purpose of this website is to be a repository for information useful for all of us. It will announce the date, time and location for our Society meetings. It will inform about local, regional and national developments relevant to its members. Annual membership dues can be paid online or by mail, and this site will allow you to keep track of your payment history online.
The society lives from your financial support but also from your personal input. We encourage you to participate not only at the meetings but also to reach out to us, your representatives, to suggest content and speakers, and to make proposals for resolutions that can be presented at the twice-yearly CSNS meetings that are being held before the AANS and CNS meetings.
The Colorado Neurosurgical Society is a grassroots-type organization with the mission to provide quality continuing education for our members and promote understanding of neurosurgery in the medical community and public. We welcome your membership and active participation in the Society!
One final word on the COVID-19 pandemic: Please reach out to us if you are willing to help others with emergency call coverage, or if you are in need of help at your hospital, as our networking may be able to help you find Colorado-licensed neurosurgeons available to help.
Your Executive Team,
D. Ryan Ormond, M.D., Ph.D., President
Ernest Braxton, M.D., Vice-President
Daniel Kramer, M.D., Secretary/Treasurer
